I cannot highlight enough the importance of working on yourself, your traumas, your triggers, your mental and emotional health. If you want to be truly healthy, show up in life as your best and most authentic self, to have fulfilling relationships, you can’t ignore the health of you emotions and mind.

I recently started Come Alive course by @sammirobbins_ and her husband and I kid you not when I say, the very first lecture made me cry. They guided me through a recent painful/triggering memory and I let my heart speak and wow. What a life changing course and I can’t wait to see the amount of healing it’s gonna bring into my life❤️🩹
