My name is Jarka (pronounced like Yarka) and I'm a certified holistic health coach, functional hormone specialist (IC-FHS) and HTMA practitioner. My main areas of focus are metabolic function, minerals, gut health and hormones.

In my online practice, I use thorough health and medical history analysis, functional testing, nutritional review, and face & tongue analysis to determine the state of your health and wellbeing.

Based on those inputs, I provide my professional advice and guidance on helping people get back into a state of balance ~ equilibrium.
