Eating every 3-4 hours helps the body to keep the blood sugar stable and have a constant flow of energy. Hangry anyone?

Carbs make blood sugar go up, proteins make blood sugar go down and fats slow down the transition into the blood. Therefore creating the perfect blood sugar balance when consumed together.

Saturated fats will always be the best fat option. Their chemical structure is made of single bonds making them stable and strong therefore not prone to oxidation when exposed to heat or oxygen, unlike PUFAs.

Honey and sugar are the OG sweeteners that have been around for thousands of years, not like artificial sweeteners. There has already been done numerous studies that prove how toxic artificial sweeteners are. They can cause DNA damage, stroke, heart disease, cancer, and so much more. They are also considered cellular poisons. I don't know about you but I will always opt out of artificially made foods in the lab and stick to foods found in nature.
